The Birch Park Community Hub has a total space of 1687 sq ft (156 sq m) (approx)

Plus kitchen facilities.

The space can be divided into 3 separate halls. (all sizes are approximate)

Hall 1 - 598 sq ft (55 sq m)

Hall 2 - 272 sq ft (25 sq m)

Hall 3 - 323 sq ft (30 sq m)

Cafe area - 494 sq ft (46 sq m)

The 3 halls together - 1193 sq ft (110 sq m)

The halls can be divided by large ceiling-to-floor sliding doors.

Halls 2 and 3 have access to a seating balcony area overlooking the park

Hall 3 and the cafe area have access to the kitchen via a serving hatch on either side.

The Cafe area also has access to a balcony.
