Equipment Hire
Please Note Disclaimer: When hiring from any of the companies below your contract is directly with those organisations. Birch Park Community Hub take no responsibilty for any type of lose or damage. We have only recommeded the following companies on the bases that we have carried out our due diligence and are satisfied that they carry the correct insurance and can provide all the necccessary policies to our centre's satisfaction. (Their policies can be found on their website). It is your responsibilty as the hirer to check that their policies are suitable for your needs. Any disputes or complaints must be addressed directly to the organisation you hired from. Birch Park Community Hub do not receive any commision from recommending any of the companies listed below.
Due to the councils and our insurance strict policy only companies listed below supplying inflatables will be allowed on our premises. Under no circumstances will we allow other companies to set up their equipment at the centre. You will be required to show proof before your hire date that that one of the recommended companies was used. If this can not be supplied the equipment will not be allowed on the premises. This is in everyones best interest.
